Shipping
SK HealthNeeds offers shipping all over India on all orders. Customers usually receive their orders within 3-4 business days. Get FREE shipping on all orders above Rs.1,999. Orders below Rs. 1,999, please check the final step of payment page which gives shipping charges as applicable. We ship Heavy Items by ground courier through courier partners depending on the delivery Zone. For a few remote locations where there is no other courier service available, we use India Post to deliver your orders.
Returns
SK HealthNeeds offers a replacement if any manufacturing defect found in the product. If you have received a product in a damaged condition, you must contact us immediately on delivery and you can return it to get a replacement within 1 days of delivery from seller, you will need to inform us immediately on delivery reporting damages, if not done we would be not able to help you out. Please get in touch with us on our Email ID [email protected] within 1 day of receiving your order if you would like to have it replaced. We will provide a shipping address that you can ship your order back to us. SK HealthNeeds will dispatch a replacement as soon as we receive your returned order
When are returns not possible?
- There are some scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns / replacements
Return / replacement request is made outside the specified time frame - Product is damaged because of use or Product is not in the same condition as sold/dispatched.
- Specific categories like diagnostic instruments and consumables, suture materials, ultrasound gel, X-Ray films, Syringes & Needles and Freebies
- Any consumable item which has been used or installed
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
- Items that are returned without original sealed packaging, freebies or accessories
- Any kind of diagnostic kits, liquids, disposables, consumables
- All diagnostic products, rapid tests, biochemistry reagents, monitors, strips are non-returnable. COVID19 supplies such as Mask, Sanitizer, PPE KIt, Gloves and all other hygiene products are non-returnable
